Lets count

Today I feel like calculating the amount of carbs I consume,

Breakfast:

1 hard boiled egg - 0.5g
1/2 cheesedale - 0.35g

Total = 0.85g carbs

Lunch:

1/2 can ayam brand tuna chunk in water - 0.0g
1 tomato (medium) - 5g
4 inch cucumber, appx 50g, with peel about 2 cups sliced - 8g
1 table spoon Kimball mayonise - 1.1g
1 tea spoon pepper -5g
1/2 lemon juice - 4g

Total = 33g - whoaaa this is very high, any way that might be just 30g of carbs, because i round up some measurement. Anyway should take less than this next time ;)

So, overall total breakfast + lunch = 33.85g carbs, which means left 1.15g carbs for dinner hohoho... :P

Solution, may be I will take 2 hard boiled eggs with cheesedale ( 1.35g carbs... ok minus the cheese then huhu), just 2 hard boiled eggs okeh...

Ingat, mesti capai objective ngeh ngeh :D

Good luck my self, 2 hard boiled eggs for dinner then :D

wait... wait...

from this site http://www.livestrong.com/article/362953-the-carbohydrates-in-lemon-juice/ it says that 2 tbsp of lemon is 2.1g of carbs. ngeh ngeh meaning i still can have that cheesedale for dinner :P

btw, 1 cup of shredded cabbage = 2.3gr of carbo...
